Mr. Dulguun is the Chief Executive Officer of Boroo Pte Ltd, a role he assumed in October 2018 following the company's acquisition of Centerra Gold Inc.'s Mongolian assets. Since then, he has played a pivotal role in Boroo's international growth, including leading the negotiations with Barrick Gold Corporation for the acquisition of the Lagunas Norte gold mine in Peru.
With over a decade of experience in mining-sector M&A, Mr. Dulguun has led complex cross-border transactions and financial strategies across the mining and commodities industry. His leadership continues to shape Boroo's growth as a multi-jurisdictional mid-tier gold producer.
He holds a Master of Science in Major Programme Management from the Said Business School, University of Oxford.
